Deposit / Cancellation

 A deposit of one night's stay or 50% whichever is larger. Balance due upon arrival. Cancellation for a single room on most dates: 14 days in advance to receive a refund less $20 handling fee. Cancellations for multiple rooms or for special event dates: 30 days in advance to receive a refund less the handling fee per room. Cancellations with less notice result in deposits being forfeited.  Refunds are not given for early departures.
